Her journey began in Macon, but her family's relocation to Venice, Florida, and later to Hamilton, Montana, instilled in her a versatility and adaptability that would become hallmarks of her character. De'Ron's early engagement in leadership roles within her high school's clubs, coupled with her part-time job at Taco Bell, laid the foundation for her unwavering work ethic and leadership skills. These experiences, enriched by her supportive family environment, fostered a deep-seated belief in the power of hard work and determination.

After high school, De'Ron returned to Macon for a year before attending York Christian College, where she met her husband, Bryan. The couple's journey took them to Wichita, Kansas, where De'Ron worked in the personal loan department of the 1st National Bank of Wichita while also launching The Wedding Connection, a business that showcased her entrepreneurial flair and commitment to serving others. Their move back to Georgia marked a new chapter in De'Ron's life, where she embraced community service, engaged in youth ministry alongside Bryan, and founded Atlantic Coast Images, a screen printing and embroidery company. De'Ron's entrepreneurial spirit flourished further with the inception of Pinky's Shaved Ice, a business that not only provided employment opportunities but also became a beloved community staple.

De'Ron's life is a testament to her values of loyalty, hard work, and community service. Her leadership extends beyond the realm of business into active participation in her church, educational initiatives, and various community activities. We all know law enforcement agencies play a crucial role in maintaining public safety and national security. De'Ron will work to increase funding and resources for local and state law enforcement agencies to effectively combat illegal activities stemming from unsecured borders. By empowering these agencies with the tools and support they need, De'Ron aims to ensure that Georgia's communities remain safe and thriving.

Education

De'Ron believes that the primary goal of our education system should be to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in life, career, and civic engagement. She will advocate for a curriculum that prioritizes reading, writing, mathematics, science, history, and the arts, ensuring that students graduate with a well-rounded education. De'Ron supports educational content that fosters respect for diverse viewpoints while maintaining a focus on the principles of democracy, liberty, and personal responsibility.

De'Ron is a firm advocate for teaching students to think critically and independently. She will oppose any educational practices that seek to indoctrinate students with specific political ideologies or agendas, emphasizing the importance of education as a tool for empowerment, not manipulation.

We must continue to work to build a better Georgia. To build on the successes or our Governor and Republican Legislature. We have to keep leading on the border crisis, developing state level solutions to our national problem.

We have to keep providing tax relief to fight the national inflation crisis, cutting taxes to ease our family's burden.

We must continue to move forward on Georgia's efforts to ensure the integrity of our elections. Requiring watermarks on ballots, increasing security features to make sure that every legal ballot is counted. Let's build a better Georgia starting right here in District 145.
